On February 9th, John and Paul met Ron Davies, curator of the Air and Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institute. Ron was in town to give a talk on the history of Trans World Airlines. Though he has a background in aviation, Ron is a proponent of coordinating air and ground transportation services through the development of high speed rail corridors in the U.S. TRA has asked him to serve on its board of advisors and hopes to have an approval by April 1st.
