A hearty WELCOME to Mike Mackner and Frank Schleicker who have joined Texas Rail Advocates this year. Mike has retired after 42 years in the railroad industry. He offers valuable insights on transportation issues from the carrier's perspective. Frank Schleicker has an interest in high-speed rail and monorail. He is involved in the heavy construction field primarily project management relating to efficiency planning. He has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
